Mahmudov Kamran Talıb oğlu 1980-ci ildə anadan olmuşdur.
1997-ci ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin (BDU) kimya fakültəsinə qəbul olmuş və 2001-ci ildə fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir.
2001-ci ildə  BDU-da “Analitik kimya“ ixtisası üzrə magistratura pilləsinə qəbul olmuş və 2003-cü ildə magistraturanı fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir.
2003-cü ildə BDU-nun “Ekoloji kimya və ətraf mühitin mühafizəsi“ ETL-də aspirant kimi saxlanılmışdır. 2006-ci ildə aspiranturanı bitirmişdir.
2004-2007 “Ekoloji kimya və ətraf mühitin mühafizəsi” ETL-də kiçik elmi işçi, 2007-2014 “Ekoloji kimya və ətraf mühitin mühafizəsi” ETL-də elmi işçi kimi çalışmışdır.
2014-cü ildən “Ekoloji kimya və ətraf mühitin mühafizəsi” ETL-də aparıcı elmi işçi kimi çalışır.

TƏHSİLİ, ELMİ DƏRƏCƏ VƏ ELMİ ADLARI
2001-ci ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin kimya fakültəsini bitirmişdir.
2003-cü ildə magistraturanı fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir.
2006-cı ildə aspiranturanı bitirmişdir.
2006-ci ildə 02.00.02 –“Analitik kimya“ ixtisası üzrə “b-Diketonların azotörəmələrinin mis(II) ilə əmələ gətirdiyi komplekslərin tədqiqi və analitik tətbiqi” mövzusunda namizədlik dissertasiya işini müdafiə etmişdir.
2007-ci ildə kimya elmləri namizədi alimlik dərəcəsi almışdır.
2012-ci ildə «Metilen aktiv birləşmələrin arilhidrazonlarının koordinasion kimyası, üzvi çevrilmələri, katalitik və analitik tətbiqləri» mövzusunda 02.00.03 – Üzvi kimya və 02.00.02 – analitik kimya ixtisasları üzrə doktorluq dissertasiya işini müdafiə etmişdir.
2013-cü ildə kimya elmləri doktoru alimlik dərəcəsi almışdır.
2016-cı il də analitik kimya ixtisası üzrə dosent elmi adı almışdır

22 Mart Dünya su Günüdür

22 Mart tarixi, 1993-ci ildə Birləşmiş Millətlər Təşkilatının Baş Kabinetində elan edildiyindən bu yana Dünya Su Günü kimi qeyd edilir. Birləşmiş Millətlər Təşkilatının (BMT) Baş Assambleyası, 1992-ci ildə Rio de Janerioda təşkil edilən BMT Ətraf və İnkişaf Konfransında dünyada suyun gedərək artan əhəmiyyətindən ötəri hər il 22 Mart gününün "Dünya Su Günü" olaraq qeyd olunmasına qərar verilmişdir.

Azərbaycan Respublikasının meşələri

Bioloji cəhətdən öz inkişafında bir-birinə qarşılıqlı təsir göstərən torpağın, suyun, ağac, kol, ot bitkilərinin, heyvanat aləminin, mikroorqanizmlərin vəhdəti hesab edilən meşə sahələri Azərbaycanın ən qiymətli milli təbii sərvəti hesab olunur.

Azərbaycan ərazisinin fiziki-coğrafi şəraitinin müxtəlifliyi, relyefin və iqlimin xüsusiyyətləri, insanın fəaliyyəti hidroqrafik şəbəkənin müxtəlif inkişafını müəyyən edir.
